Ciangottini Residence |
||
| With
work due to start in early 2004 and completion planned by November 2006,
The Ciangottini Residence is a group of 5 traditional Umbrian farmhouses
and barns set in a four-hectare site with wonderful views of the surrounding
countryside. Once developed, it will form a unique complex of seven semi-detached
houses, a detached cottage, and seven spacious two- and three-bedroom
apartments. The Residence’s restoration and conversion will use traditional building materials and local stone, reclaimed timber and terracotta to create homes in perfect keeping with the Umbrian style and atmosphere. Each home is designed for comfort, convenience and low maintenance. All will have parking and their own private garden and access. A landscaped garden with heated swimming pool, tennis court and al-fresco eating areas will also be provided for the enjoyment of the residents. Properties will be sold to a builder’s finish allowing the purchaser to make their choice of internal fixtures, fittings and decoration. |
